Employment/Supervision

"An environment where authenticity drives connection."

Supervision

Let’s be honest — supervision is where you unpack those “Did I say the right thing?” moments, figure out your voice as a clinician, and occasionally realize your client just reminded you of your aunt Carol. (Don’t worry, we’ll process that.)

Hi, I’m Kaitlin, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and MN Board Approved LMFT-Supervisor. I help developing clinicians grow with confidence, humor, and integrity — no perfectionism required.

My supervision style:
Think of it as equal parts education, reflection, and realness. I’m here to challenge you and cheer you on. We’ll explore your clinical skills, ethics, and self-of-the-therapist work, but we’ll also talk about burnout, imposter syndrome, and those “I have no idea what I’m doing” moments (because every therapist has them — promise).

What you can expect:

  • A safe, supportive space where honesty > performance

  • Feedback that’s constructive

  • Focus on systemic, trauma-informed, and culturally aware practice

  • Occasional laughter — because growth doesn’t have to be grim

  • Encouragement to bring yourself into the therapy room

Whether you’re just starting out or knee-deep in client hours, supervision with me is about developing your authentic therapeutic voice while keeping your sanity (and sense of humor) intact.

Individual and group supervision available — virtual or in-person.
Let’s grow, learn, and laugh our way through this next chapter together.

Reach out to see if we’re a good fit — I promise, supervision doesn’t have to be scary.
